Universal Low Vision Aids, Inc. (ULVA) is a factory authorized dealer of assistive technology for blind, low vision, and learning disable individuals. ULVA was established in 1988 by our president, Dr. Dessie Page, and Mrs. Verna Page. The company strives to provide excellence in products and services. Clients served include, private consumers, schools, universities, state agencies and government organizations. The dedicated staff is eager to help you with your assistive technology requirements.

Where is your new location?

Welcome to the new location of Universal Low Vision Aids, Inc. located at 1350 W. 5th Avenue, in the historical Grandview Area, across the street from 5/3 Fifth Third Bank.

Can I get a demonstration of your products?

Yes. We have three demo rooms in our new location. Demonstrations are by appointment only, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm. Please call 614-224-6465 to make an appointment with one of our trained staff. We are always happy to show our products.

Is there parking at ULVA?

Our new location offers free parking near or adjacent to the building. .

Where can I eat lunch after my demo?

The Grandview area offers a variety of both casual and fine dining options: Chipotle, Hoggy’s, Noodles & Co., Spagio and more.

Is ULVA handicap accessible?

Our parking lot also has several handicapped parking spaces, and a ramp.

Our office is located on the first floor, and all restrooms are compliant with the American Disability Act.

Are the products affordable?

We have products ranging from $50 on up.
